SESSION POLICIES
1. Payment Policy:
Sessions must be settled in full at the time of booking.
2. Booking Policy:
Bookings can be made up to 12 hours in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Sessions can be cancelled without charge if done at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations will result in a charge for the full price of the session.
4. Tardiness Policy:
If you arrive late, your session will conclude at its originally scheduled end time.
5. Refund Policy:
Once a session from a package has been utilized, refunds will not be issued for the package.
6. Attire Policy:
For the safety and hygiene of all clients, socks must be worn throughout the session.
7. Package Expiry:
Packages expire in accordance to the number of sessions purchased. Ensure to use all sessions before the expiration date.
