Updates to Packages and Memberships

Service & Policy Updates

To continue providing the highest level of service and scheduling availability for all clients, Recoverist will be implementing several updates to packages, memberships, and booking policies.

These changes will take effect beginning at 8:00 AM on March 16, 2026.

Package Pricing (Beginning March 16, 2026)

• 4 Sessions — $480

• 8 Sessions — $920

• 12 Sessions — $1,320

Membership Options

Two membership options will now be available:

Once Per Week Membership
4 sessions per month — $440

Twice Per Week Membership
8 sessions per month — $845

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, after which they will continue month-to-month unless cancelled.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To maintain an efficient schedule and ensure availability for all clients:

• Same-day bookings will no longer be permitted

• Cancellations made less than 10 hours before a scheduled session will be charged

Session Time Policy

If a session extends more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled session time, it will be charged as an additional session*.

*This charge does not extend the session by an additional hour; it reflects time exceeding the scheduled session.

Package Expiration Policies

New Packages Purchased After March 16, 2026

• 4 Sessions — expire after 45 days

• 8 Sessions — expire after 80 days

• 12 Sessions — expire after 140 days

Current Active Packages

Large Packages Purchased January 1 – March 15, 2026

Any packages larger than 10 sessions purchased between January 1, 2026 and March 15, 2026 will expire on:

December 31, 2026

Remaining Sessions in Existing Packages (Beginning March 16, 2026)

Expiration will be determined based on remaining sessions as of March 16:

• 5 sessions or fewer remaining — expire in 30 days

• 6–10 sessions remaining — expire in 60 days

• 11–20 sessions remaining — expire in 140 days

• 21–30 sessions remaining — expire in 210 days

• 30+ sessions remaining — expire December 31, 2026

Important Notice for Current Clients

Clients who wish to extend the life of their current packages through December 31, 2026 may purchase additional packages at the current pricing.

To qualify, the purchase must be completed and checked out before 7:00 AM on March 16, 2026.
